Terms and Conditions

Our quilt-shop clients are our most valuable customers. We fully support the independent quilt shop; it is our policy to not sell to chain stores. 

Discounts: Our standard discount to quilt shops is 40% off the retail price. We do offer two Autoship programs, however, where participants qualify for a discount of up to 50%. 

Minimums: We do not require that an order have a minimum dollar amount or quantity. 

Shipping: Shipping is FREE on Autoship orders and any orders of 12 books or more to shops within the United States (when ordering online). Shops pay shipping on all other orders. Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground, but we can arrange expedited shipping through other means, including Federal Express, at the shop's expense. Canadian and International orders are shipped by Priority Mail International unless otherwise specified. Free shipping offer only applies to domestic orders. 

Payment: Shops can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), or by setting up a credit account with The Kansas City Star. Terms are Net 30. Returns: Our books are nonreturnable except for books that are damaged in transit to the shop, or are defective in manufacture. We will pay shipping to send replacement books and to return the damaged/defective books to us. To report damaged or defective books, please contact Jack Beasley toll-free at 866-834-7467.
